Kick start your recruitment campaign by using us to carry out the initial candidate searches for your vacancy.
You will have 28 days’ access to our CV Search and Selection services. You provide us with a full job description and we will find you a selection of candidates who have the right skills for your vacancy. So, no more hours spent sifting through CV’s.
Here’s how it works:
You are assigned a dedicate account manager to support you throughout your 28-day campaign who will:
- Advertise the position on job sites and social media
- Search our databases and jobsites to identify potential candidates
- Match the candidate’s skills to your vacancy
- Check the candidates’ availability, salary expectations, notice period and location
- Send the job description to the interested candidates
- Forward CV’s to you for review and selection
You then take over the recruitment process.
Remember, you will have our on-going dedicated support for 28 days, with regular contact to make sure your recruitment stays on track – all for a * one-off fee.
