CV search, Pre-screen and Selection
In addition to the services in our CV Search and Selection package and to save you even more time, we will assist you to create a job description and pre-screen the potential candidates.
Here's how it works:
You will have the full support of a dedicated Account Manager who will:
- Carry out an initial consultation to develop the job description and tailor the pre-screening questions
- Advertise the vacancy advertised on job sites and social media
- Search our databases and jobsites to identify potential candidates
- Match the candidate’s skills to your vacancy
- Conduct a telephone interview with the candidates
- Check the candidates’ availability, salary expectations, notice period and location
- Send a full job description to the interested candidates
- Send you the CVs of suitable candidates for review and selection
- Inform the candidates of your decision
At this stage it is back to you to continue the recruitment process and book in those candidates selected for interview. We will have done all of the pre-screening for you.
Again, you will have our on-going dedicated support for 28 days, with regular contact to make sure your recruitment stays on track – all for a *one-off fee.
