Here's how it works:
We will provide you with a Consultant who will conduct the whole recruitment process; they will:
- Meet with you to gain a full understanding of your recruitment objectives and the type of person who will fit your company
- Assist you to develop a job description
- Advertise the position on job sites and social media
- Search our databases and jobsites to identify potential candidates
- Check the candidates’ availability, salary expectations, notice period and location
- Meet the potential candidate face-to-face to discuss their CV in more detail and evaluate both their skills and personality
- Conduct any skills testing you might require
- Submit the CVs of suitable candidates to you for review
- Arrange the interview schedule for you
- Notify unsuccessful candidates
- Maintain contact with the successful candidate until they start ensuring that it is a seamless process
- Make regular contact with the successful candidate throughout their 12-week probationary period to make sure that they are settling into their new position well. If the candidate has any concerns at all these can be identified quickly and managed by us.
For added peace of mind, if the candidate leaves within the first 12 weeks, we promise to find a replacement for you at no further cost.
